During the Jewish holiday of Purim, Hagigit will cooperate with Jerusalem’s Train Theatre in a Purim Spiel that will include the show Gulliver – The Journey to Lilliput by Amit Drori, based on the classic book by Jonathan Swift, acting and objects manipulation by Jack Shvili. Hagigit will erect a photography studio where the audience will be able to freeze one magical moment in time.
Schedule: March 10-11, 2009 at 10:30am, 12:30am, 4:30pm – a total of six shows.
Our former school threw a party at the Hakatse pub, so we went over and built our wandering studio, complete with hanging letters and drawings of fish on the walls.
For a few hours on a Thursday night we moved our living room to an industrial elevator in Talpiot, and rode up and down with people coming to see the “Nifsal Leshidoor” event going on in the 5th floor.
